I have a long list of blog posts to catch up on – all jobs that I loved and would love to share with you! I keep thinking surely things will slow down a bit so I can get caught up on some blog stuff, but that is not the case. A blessing for sure, but also the struggle is real.
This is a fun flip we did in League City. Fun fact: while I was in labor I was also texting with the plumber regarding a massive gas leak. Good times…good times.
Thanks for being patient with me while I play catch up! And in the mean time here’s a flip we finished about 10 months ago (Presley is 10 months…thats the only reason I can remember when we did it 🙂 ).
Before:
There were other “before” rooms that I just couldn’t go in more than once because I was pregnant and this house made me nauseous. But you get the drift – dirty, neglected, dated, and a lot of “DIYs” gone wrong in this one.
After:
This sweet little house had some good bones. Just needed someone to come along and see the potential. I chose to keep the inside warm to match the outside brick. Flips for me are COMPLETELY different from working with my clients. I honestly prefer working with my clients because I feel so much more free to create – because my inspiration is so clear to me. Whereas with a flip, I am not sure who is going to purchase that home so the challenge is keeping it neutral but tasteful with the hopes that anyone could walk into the home and see the blank canvas that we’ve created for them. We did sell this one a while back and my prayer is that the home owners fell in love with their new home, and really made it theirs.
Shout out to the Stanfield team! If you’re in Friendswood/ this side of Houston and you need a realtor, we highly suggest the Stanfields. Their whole team is unreal! We are so thankful for them!
It’s so BEAUTIFUL!!! Well done!!! 🙂
